This Privacy Policy governs your use of Property Passport across all platforms and outlines our data processing standards, user rights, commercial terms, and future platform capabilities in full accordance with Google Play Developer Policies, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and global data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, KVKK).

1. Scope & Platform Architecture

Property Passport is a digital real estate portfolio, asset verification, valuation analytics, and property management platform.

By downloading, accessing, or using Property Passport, you agree to the collection and handling of information as described herein. We design our platforms with flexibility and modularity to introduce new functional capabilities, cloud synchronizations, and subscription options seamlessly.

2. Information We May Collect & Process

Depending on the specific features you actively utilize, the application may collect or process the following categories of data:

  • Users can manage, adjust, or cancel subscriptions at any time through their Google Play or App Store account settings.
  • Any price adjustments or subscription tier modifications will be communicated transparently in advance according to marketplace policies.

7. Data Retention, Account Ownership & Right to Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as your account remains active or as required to deliver our services:

  • Right to Delete: You maintain full control over your personal information. You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly through the in-app account settings or by submitting an erasure request to legal@coddx.com.
  • Upon verification of an account deletion request, your personal data will be irreversibly removed or permanently anonymized from our active databases, subject only to necessary legal record-keeping requirements.
